Basement walls are made of monolith reinforced concrete.

Floors 1-6: 150 mm thick prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.

200 mm concrete hollow block in load-bearing walls (between apartments and public rooms).

Apartment walls are made of double gypsum boards, the space between them is filled with glass wool to improve sound insulation.

 

Ceilings

Reinforced concrete hollow blocks.

 

Roof

The building has a flat roof, roll roofing.

 

Façade

Part reinforced concrete, part Polycon façade panels. Exterior wall mostly covered with the Raketerm façade system.

 

Windows and balcony doors

Wood and aluminium frames. Triple-glazed insulating selective glass units.

 

Doors

Exterior doors: glass doors on aluminium frame.

Exterior doors of the apartments: fire-proof wooden doors covered with oak veneer.

Interior doors of the apartments:

in dry rooms—wooden interior doors covered with oak veneer,

in washrooms—moisture-proof wooden doors covered with oak veneer.

 

Stairs

Reinforced concrete stairs, outside: concrete stairs.

By the Swiss company SCHINDLER.

 

Balconies

Balconies and terraces are a part of the building’s main structure; balconies’ barriers have a metal structure and are covered with Polycon façade panels.

Apartment-based mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.

 

Water supply and sewage

Sanitary installations comply with the interior finishing project. Kitchen sink and mixer not included in the price.

Switches and sockets comply with the interior finishing project. Light fixtures and their installation not included in the price.

 

Weak current

The living spaces are technically ready for entering into telephone, Internet and television service contracts, connecting to the television and telephone network. The building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm and intercom system.
